Hi, I’m Connie, the owner and lead designer behind Sweet Elegance Floral Design, based in Lake Country in the heart of the Okanagan. My background in floral design, colour theory, and staging allows me to approach weddings a little differently. I don’t just design flowers — I design how a space feels. Every palette, texture, and placement is chosen with intention, so your florals don’t just look beautiful, they belong in your setting. After years working as a certified ReDesign and Staging Specialist and Colour Expert, I shifted my full focus to floral design over a decade ago — and it quickly became what I love most. From delicate corsages and bridal bouquets to large-scale installations and floral walls, I’m inspired by every layer of a wedding day. What matters most to me is understanding you. Your ideas, your style, the feeling you want to create — even if it’s still evolving. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and help guide you toward a vision that feels natural, refined, and uniquely yours.
